Provide trapezoidal shaped MortarNet™ with Insect Barrier™ to suspend mortar droppings at unequal heights allowing moisture to drain from the cavity and help maintain airflow within the cavity wall.
The trapezoidal shaped MortarNet with Insect Barrer 0.4” and 1” is made out of a structured strand nylon mesh with attached polyester woven fabric on one side. The 1.5” and 2” is made out of a structured strand nylon mesh in combination with a polyester mesh which is used as the Insect Barrier.
Install per manufacturer’s instructions.
