TotalFlash™ Cavity Wall Drainage System is a fully integrated flashing & drainage system, pre-assembled onto easily installed 5-½-foot (5 foot net) panels of 40-mil flexible flashing. Built-in components include a termination bar, a mesh drainage layer, weep tabs, and a stainless steel drip edge. Each 5-½-foot panel also includes a precisely defined, 6-inch lap joint, clearly marked to show where to place the adhesive beads, as well as a vertical edge-dam for greater moisture protection.
Delivered in each box are: 10 fully assembled 5-½-foot (5-foot net) TotalFlash panels, plus 6 adhesive tubes (10.3 oz. each), and 100 multi purpose screws suitable for use in masonry, steel stud, or wood stud installations.
To complete the TotalFlash™ Cavity Wall Drainage System, stainless steel outside corners, pre-formed inside & outside corner boots, and universal end dams may be ordered separately.
The TotalFlash™ Cavity Wall Drainage System includes an 18” (457 mm), 40 mil polymeric, reinforced, UV stable membrane incorporating DuPont’s Elvaloy® KEE polymer; recycled polyester 3/16” x 10” Mortar Net® drainage matte; 28-gauge, 304 stainless steel drip edge; high strength corrosion and UV resistant plastic termination bar; and no-clog weep tabs. Multi-purpose structural adhesive is moisture-curing for industrial uses requiring elasticity and high strength adhesion, and self-tapping hex head screws are #14 x 2”. Pre-molded inside and outside corner boots and universal end dams are made of high performance polymeric membrane.
