The roots of the Texas Society of Architects date to the 1880s as the Texas State Association of Architects. In 1939, 47 architects paid charter dues and elected the Society’s first officers, officially forming the organization as it exists today. In 1951, the Society received its charter as a component of the American Institute of Architects.  Click HERE to learn more about the Texas Society of Achitects.
You’ve known Mortar Net for nearly 20 years as the innovative company that consistently sets the industry standard for masonry cavity wall drainage systems for both commercial and residential applications. At this year’s Texas Society of Architect’s Convention, we’re featuring two new, industry-first solutions for commercial applications that will set an even higher standard, including:
  • A new TotalFlash Cavity Wall Drainage Solution that dramatically expands on the capabilities of our traditional TotalFlash panel system, including the addition of TotalFlash in 50’ rolls.
  • New injection-molded 14” High Corner Boots for masonry walls that reduce the chance for leaks and make installation fast and easy to help keep quality up and costs down.

You’ll also be able to get a look at Mortar Net’s industry-leading drainage solutions for residential cavity wall construction, including HouseNet, Stone & Stucco Drain, and weep vents. Our residential solutions:

  • Help keep walls dry to reduce or eliminate interior and exterior building damage from moisture buildup in the cavity.
  • Promote air flow within the cavity so walls dry rapidly.
  • Reduce the chance of mold growth
  • Keep insects out of the cavity with a unique, patent-pending Insect Barrier.
  • Are fast and easy to install to reduce labor costs and help job flow.

Plan now to visit our booth to see how Mortar Net can help improve the life and livability of the structures you design and build.
